If you have a deputy officer who needs access to their officer email, direct them to this article.


If you have a deputy office whose officer information needs to be updated on the Kingdom Website, please open a new ticket with a Type of "Kingdom Website - Update Request". Include the officer's SCA Name, Office Name, the date they took office, and their office email address (if known). If this is a newly created position, please let us know that in the ticket also.


If you have a deputy office that hasn't existed before now, or one that no longer needs to exist, please open a new ticket with a Type of "Officer Changeover Request". Include the officer's SCA Name, Office Name, the date they took office, and their personal email address so we can send login instructions directly to them.
